Merging comments between 2 shared documents

Hi, I have a question re: the updating and sharing of PDFs via the share link method.

-Basically I've already shared a link to 6 people in my team from one PDF (it's a magazine proof)

-There are many comments on this document now

-I proofed 2 pages individually from this first document.

1) Can I merge comments from one doc to the other

2) can I change/ delete/ insert new pages into an already shared document ad have these changes reflected in the shared doc for everyone to see?

Thank you

1. Shouldn't be a problem, although it works better if everyone was commenting on the same version of the document. (See screen capture.)

2. Are you editing the PDF directly on the cloud, editing the PDF locally and uploading it, or making a new PDF from another program (such as InDesign)?

Thanks for the replies:

1) Yes agreed - it would be easier if people obeyed my content deadlines so I didn't have to do single page proofs :-S

2) Editing the PDF locally via Adobe Acrobat Pro.

1. What I meant was that it would be better to import everyone's comments into the version they were proofing. For example, let's say you moved on to version 3 with numberous text edits and some layout changes, but you were imported comments from a previous version that did not have those edits/changes. Acrobat will attempt to align them correctly but if the differences are too drastic, they might not align properly.

2. You can turn off the Cloud review preferences and use the local server commenting cycle.
