Hello @rawan_5336

I hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out.

Check Font Embedding

  • Open the PDF in Acrobat.
  • Go to File > Properties > Fonts.
  • Ensure the font is listed as Embedded or Embedded Subset.
  • If not, use the Preflight tool to embed missing fonts:
    • Go to All Tools > Print Production > Preflight.
    • Select PDF fixups > Embed missing fonts and run the fix.

Download Missing Fonts

If the font is not part of the Adobe Fonts Library:

  • You can download it from a trusted font website.
  • Install it in your system’s font folder (e.g., C:\Windows\Fonts).
  • Restart Acrobat and check again.

Is this specific to one PDF or all the PDFs? Please ensure you have the latest version of Acrobat installed on the machine: 25.001.20643, Optional update, Aug 25, 2025. Check for any pending updates from the Menu > help > check for updates, install the updates, restart the app and the machine, and try again.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Anand Sri.
