missing functions after reinstall

missing functions after reinstall because I could not print.  The inability to print just happened 2-11-2023 so I tried repair then removed and reinstalled the program.  Now paying 12.99/month for a program wheihc is not properly functioning!  This is how my adobe looks.  (I could not get both the top and bottom portions in one file).  Definitely frustrated after using Acrobat for years.

What OS are you using? Can you the print the pdf from other programs? Do you get a message when you try to print? Here is a link to a related discussion:

Windows 11 home ver 21H2

I can open pdfs in Chrome (for example).

I do not see an option to print.

What did you think of the two jpg screen shots I posted with my question?

Your screen shots do not show anything that would help us, as far as I can tell. I use a Mac, so hopefully someone else will chime in with some suggestions. You should be able to go to File> Print from Chrome and just about every other program that can open a PDF, which suggests something is wrong with your OS. Can you print anything from another program?

What do you see when you go to File> Print?

Have you tried going to View> Show/Hide> Tool Bar Items> Show File Tools> Print?

Do you have a File>Print dialog available?  Is the command missing? Press F8 on your keyboard and see if that unhides your toolbar with the print icon (if that's what's missing).  If you use Cmd/Ctrl Print, do you get the print dialog box?

I called Adobe, it required a "depep clean" uninstall.  thanks for your effort
