missing options

I am creating my second fillable pdf.  The first one gave me many options to create in a text field.  When I right click on a text field I only get 4 options but in my las pdf I got 8 options; General,Appearance,Position,Options,Actions,Format,Validate and Calculate.  I am now only get General, Appearance, Position and Options.

What am I doing wrong?

Click on Tools - Prepare Form and then click on "More" at the right side of the window and then on "Revert to Acrobat Form".
