moving Tool panel to the left in Adobe Acrobat DC pro version

Hi everyone, do you happen to know how to move the tool in adobe acrobat DC (pro) from the right to the left? so bascially, i am trying to get the photo 2 view, instead of the photo 1 view. 

i have tried multiple ways, including disable the new acrobat, reinstall and disable the new acrobat, but it still looks like photo 1. my colleague who also has Adobe Acrobat DC proversion still has the photo 1 view.

Photo 1 shows the old UI. The other is the new UI.

Thanks!! but is it possible to switch to the old UI? both photos show the 'old' acrobat layout already (as i have already disabled the new acrobat).

Enable the new UI at the view menu.

Thanks!! is there a way to not enable the new UI but still get the tool panel to the left? i have to disable the new UI in the beginning because I don't find it useful / friendly at all.
