I had added a mp3 file in the acrobat. It plays well, however, when not playing in another computer.

Hey there,

Thanks for sharing the Acrobat DC's version. The other computer on which media file isn't playing, is that a Mac or Windows?

To play an Audio or Video file on Mac, you would required supporting software which would open the file.

You may check the following-

1- Open Acrobat>Edit>Preferences>Multimedia(Legacy)> Preferred Media Player> What do you have selected there? Select the player accordingly.

2- For Mac OS, uncheck Do not QuickTime Player for multimedia items>OK>reboot Acrobat

3- If all the settings are at its place and you are still unable to play the MP3 on another computer. Then- Navigate to Acrobat> Edit>Preferences>Security(Enhanced)>disable "Protected View" and "Enhanced Security">OK>reboot Acrobat.

Note: changing above security is for only testing purpose. Once done, change it back to as it was.

Thanks,

Akanchha
