My computer crashed. I bought a new one. Have tried to install Adobe DC on my new system. It keeps asking me for a serial number. I do not have one or it would be in my emails. How do I get DC to work on this system?

My computer crashed.  I bought a new one.  Have tried to install Adobe DC on my new system but it will not install.  It keeps asking for a serial number.  I do not have a serial number or I would be able to find it in my email.  What can I do

if you have a subscription to acrobat dc, install the cc desktop app from https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and use it to install your acrobat dc.
