Need help creating multiple copies of the same file, each with different watermark text - new name.

Hi I would love your help please!

I'm running both MAC and Windows machines, so will take any idea's please! I'm running creative suite 2020..

I need to create soft copy training PDFs every week, to give to about 50 students, and need the ability to include the license information (including the persons name) at the bottom of each page of the PDF. This is as a deterrant to discourage copying the file and handing to friends, or printing copies for other people.

The current manual way (because I couldn't find anything better is).... 

1. Open the PDF course manual called:

Training 101 - Licensed to xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.pdf

2. Open the existing watermark in the PDF that says something like: 

This book is licensed only for use by xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx 

As per the licensed contract they signed.

(Note: i've intentionally worded it, so that their name ie xxxxxx is the last words on that row, that way it doesn't matter how long their name is, it should fit ok.)

To:

This book is licensed only for use by John Smith. 

As per the licensed contract they signed.

3. Save the document with with it locked so they can't remove this watermark info. 

Save the file name as Training 101 - Licensed to John Smith.pdf

Then start at Step 1 again, and this time wherever there are  xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, change it to be Tom Jones.....

Then start at Step 1 again, and ....... (help save me!!! ground hog day)....

I'm sure many other companies must do stuff like this, but I can't find anything?? Please help me with any suggestions, before I go totally crazy... 

"Ideally, i'd love to have it setup with Zapier, or some other tool that I push a button or have a trigger, and it just works"....  (eg pull text from a row in spreadsheet of students names (I can add have text exact in spreadsheet 1 row per student.).

But for now, i'll take ANY suggestions, that don't involve writing code or macros etc, i'm just not that clever yet... (I could probably modify one if needed to have my own message if anyone knows of any?)... Thankfully my PC and Mac are both mine, so have full admin to install whatever is needed.
