Need help editing a PDF

I saved a PDF from current InDesign version, for a client to edit. She claims to have a current version of Acrobat, but the regular text turns into bold when she does it. I'm trying to trouble shoot and stumped. I saved the file back a few versions too, didn't solve the issue. Any ideas appreciated!

Why not have her comment in the PDF?

Meanwhile, find out WHICH version of Acrobat she has.

Otherwise, it might be a font issue. Commenting should not have that issue.

She gave me the fonts so we have the same ones. She won't tell me which version she has so I 've saved back a few versions.

Basically she wanted me to design the flyer and be able to use it as a template and not have to pay me to change it each time, or I'd for sure do the changes! So, trying to figure out why she's unable to edit it w/o fonts changing around.
