Need quick access to dynamic zoom tool

I use dynamic zoom extensively. I used to have it on a toolbar at the top of my page to click on any time I needed it. Now it seems like I can only access the tool by going through 3 menus (Main menu/View/Zoom/Dynamic Zoom).
How do I add it to my quick access toolbar?

What about SHIFT-CTRL/CMD-SPACE?

No CMD key. I am on a PC. I tried the windows key but it didn't work. I really want to get dynamic zoom on my toolbar. I don't understand why they no longer accommodate customizing the zoom toolbar. Previous versions were easy to customize.

Does you use Acrobat with the new UI?

I also have the same question. I deleted adobe pro and reloaced it last week to possibly solve a different problem I was having, but now I lost all my tool bars. I've been able to repopulate most of my items, but the whole user interface is different and not having dynamic zoom on my tool bar is a huge productivity loss for me.

I fixed it by going back to old interface and the tools I want to use came back in my workspace. The new interface is so much less productive than the old one. I don't know how long they will support the old interface, but I am going to use it as long as I can.

How do you go back to the old interface?

I am not sure I can be much help. I poked around in the menus and found a selection to "disable new Acrobat". I clicked on it and my tool bars came back like they were previously. Now I can't find that option in my menus anymore so I can't tell you where it is. So sorry this is not more help.

I went back to the old interface and my dynamic zoom tool was available on the tool bar again. I really don't like the new interface at all. It is not an improvement and much less productive for me.

Hi All,
Sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience.
You can disable the Acrobat New View click on the hamburger icon at the upper left corner and then > Disable New Acrobat
and to bring it back, on the old UI, click on View>Enable New Acrobat
You can also share your experience with Acrobat's new UI to our engineering team: https://www.adobe.com/products/wishform.html
Thanks,
Akanchha

Yeah, great advice, but if I disable new acrobat in windows 11, the whole thing crashes. I'm forced to use the 'new' version, eventhough it has the problem list by the OP. Not at all intuitive and missing key features.

Are your graphic drivers up to date?
You can try this: uninstall Acrobat - run AcroCleaner - reinstall. Helped to cope with crashes on my machine.

Please stop removing & burring the most useful tools in the program. Here's a basic tip. Why not have a search bar for the tools? Why is that the customize toolbar area makes us sift through all the drop down arrows and category/ sub-categories. This is not a basic PDF reader, this is a write/editor. no one asked to over simply the UI to an almost unusable state where we now have to go on treasure hunt or spend hours re-etablishing a productive layout of common tools.

To add the Dynamic Zoom tool to the Quick Access Toolbar in Adobe Acrobat, you can follow these steps:
- Open Adobe Acrobat and navigate to the toolbar at the top of the application window.
- Click on the small arrow at the right end of the Quick Access Toolbar. This will open a drop-down menu.
- From the drop-down menu, select "More Commands..." This will open the Customize Quick Access Toolbar window.
- In the Customize Quick Access Toolbar window, under the "Choose commands from" drop-down menu, select "View."
- Scroll down in the left-hand list of commands and locate "Dynamic Zoom."
- Select "Dynamic Zoom" from the list, and then click on the "Add > >" button in the middle of the window. This will add the Dynamic Zoom command to the right-hand list of commands.
- You can use the up and down arrows on the right side to rearrange the position of the added command in the list.
- Click "OK" to close the Customize Quick Access Toolbar window.
Now, the Dynamic Zoom tool should be added to your Quick Access Toolbar. You can simply click on the Dynamic Zoom icon in the toolbar to access it anytime.

Ubetcha! I wasn't finding it either until finding someone else's post about it; so when came across this post, thought I'd take quick opportunity to pay it forward 🙂

Honestly the most helpful comment on this whole thread. Well done buddy, you're a life saver. You were more helpful than the adobe employee above.
