Need to send one page of document as an email attachment using submit button

Currently I have a 73 page document that a person needs to read through and on the last page sign that they accept and agree. The last page has a command button (click here to submit) and the email gets sent to my email. However, the document is quite large and I will be getting several packages back.

I am wonder if there is a way to isolate just sending the last page only, as easy as possible. I know they can print, sign and scan/email back to myself. I am trying to make this as user friendly as possible.

TLDR: Send last page of document, not whole document. Using command button to submit in email.

Not if they'll be using anything but Adobe Acrobat to view the file.

You can, however, set the submit button to only send the form data, not the entire form.

That means a very small FDF file will be sent to you, which you could then import into a blank copy on your end to get the same output. This doesn't work if you have a digital signature, though.
