No puedo cambiar mi firma en el nuevo PDF

He actualizado la nueva version de PDF y por mas que he intentado no he podido cambiar mi firma digital, alguien mas ha tenido ese problema?

Could you please confirm what you mean by the updated new version of PDF? Do you mean you have filled in the information on the latest version of the PDF? 

Please share more information on what you mean by cannot change the signature on the PDF. Is it already signed?

If you have added the digital signature and marked the box for the "lock document after signing," then it is not possible to make changes to that document. 

It would be helpful if you could share screenshots or screen recordings of the workflow.

Hi, I haven't found this menu; I am using Adobe DC and it seems it doesn't work, because I can't change these signatures

Is there any other way to can change it?

I hope you're doing well, and we apologize for the delayed response and the trouble.

Thanks for sharing the screenshot! Based on what I see, you're in the E-Sign panel of Adobe Acrobat DC, and the issue seems to be with removing or changing saved signatures.

Please ensure you have the latest version of Acrobat installed on the machine: 25.001.20693 Planned update, Sept 09, 2025. Check for any pending updates from the Menu > help > check for updates, install the updates, restart the app and the machine, and try again.

You have two saved signatures visible under the "Fill and Sign Yourself" section. Each has a red ‘X’ icon next to it—this is the delete option for removing saved signatures.

• Click the red ‘X’ next to the signature you want to remove.
• Once deleted, you can add a new signature by clicking the signature icon again in the Fill & Sign toolbar.
• If the ‘X’ is not clickable or greyed out, it may be due to:
  • A certified document that restricts editing.
  • Acrobat running in restricted mode (e.g., Reader mode or without full permissions).
  • A profile or settings lock in enterprise-managed environments.
  • Sign out → Sign in again: Help → Sign Out, then sign back in to refresh cloud data.
