I just wanted to check if you need any further assistance and if you have considered the suggestions shared by our community product expert. As highlighted by our expert, Since the error message suggests contacting your system administrator, they might need to adjust the security policies to allow the file type. Also, for testing purposes only, try disabling the Protected mode in the app's preferences, and see if you get the same error message. Go to Menu > Security > uncheck Protected Mode at startup, click OK, and restart the app and the machine. Please enable the security settings after the test.
Ensure you have the latest version of Acrobat installed on the machine: 25.001.2043x Optional update, Mar 19, 2025.
