We are sorry to hear that. Please try to repair the installation and reboot the computer once and see if that works.
Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.
Also, have you started experiencing this issue after the recent release of version 20.005.30407? What is the version of Acrobat 2020 you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat
We are here for help, just need more information
Regards
Amal

Hello, I uninstalled Acrobat on the computer, restarted it 3 times, reinstalled it, and the problem continued. The program is Acrobat Pro 2020 Release (Classic) V. 2020.005.30407
On another computer I have, where the previous certificate was working, the same failure occurs when installing the new certificate. In this case, it is the program Adobe Acrobat XI Pro, V. 11.0.23

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the delay in response.
Would you mind sharing the version of Acrobat DC and the OS you are using? To check the version of the application go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 22.3.20258 or 22.3.20263 (Win Only) and reboot the computer once.
Please share a small video recording of the steps you are doing and the issue you are experiencing.
Also, please collect the Adobe CC logs https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html and procmon logs https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/acromonitor.html (Windows Only) and share them via document cloud link https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/sharing-pdfs.html for fruther investigation.
