I have received requests to update pdf flyers.  When I open them with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC I often do not see portions of the document.

This is a portion of the document I received.

This is what I see with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC

This has happened on numerous occasions.  Not sure why the blue background with black lettering is showing up as a white background with yellow numbers/white text.

Thank you for any help.

Hi Suzzi,

Thanks for sharing the additional information.

As described above, the pdf images don't display correctly. Were you referring to a specific file, or is this a behavior with all the files that include photos?

Try a couple of suggestions mentioned below and see if that helps:

1- Open Acrobat > navigate to Edit>Preferences [Ctrl+l]>Page Display>Page content and information> check "Show large images">OK

2- If the above preferences settings are checked, then,

Navigate to Acrobat>Edit>Preferences>Security (Enhanced)>disable "Protected View" and "Enhanced Security">OK>close and reopen Acrobat and check back.

Note: these changes are only for testing purposes. Once tested, please change it back to the previous setting.

Thanks,

Aknchha
