OCR download

I wanted to use the Scan & OCR tool But the acrobat is stuck on downloading it

I have just installed it acrobat, have connection to the internet and as far as I know have my antivirus not interupt it (also tried running it as admin). I also tried closing all processes and trying again but nothing worked.

What can I do to make it fully download it?

I was missing language packs. After giving adobe more permissions, uninstalling it and installing it again, I managed to download the required files for the OCR to download.
