We are having an issue with print jobs not being able to print color PDFs to our C9070s from Adobe Reader. We do not have issues when printing to other non-xerox color printers or printing the same PDFs from other apllications like a browser. I have tried Xerox Global PS and PCL6 as well as the efi Fiery Driver. I have ensured there is no black/white/greyscale options checked for the jobs in Adobe reader.

We use ThinPrint to map and reduce the job time of printers for our users. The v-layered printers are using port 122. V-layered non-xerox printers have no issue printing color jobs, it is only the combination of Xerox printers and Adobe that are not able to print color (other finishing options also do not work for these jobs; staple, folds, etc).

Has anyone had similar issues or can provide any advice?

Thank you.

Printer Model: C9070

Fiery Version: 1.0_SP2

Print Server: Windows 2022 Datacenter

Adobe Reader Version: 20.005.30655
