Hello.
We have the paid subscription for adobe.
When we open adobe it says we are signed in but as soon as we open a PDF file it changes and jsut says 'start free trial' and doesnt let us edit it or there isnt even a place to 'sign in'?
Help please!

Please ensure you are signed in to the application using the correct email address and have installed the correct application. Try reinstalling the application using the steps suggested below:
- Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html).
- Reboot the machine.
- Install Adobe Acrobat from the following page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html.
- Then sign in using the Adobe ID (email address) to purchase the Acrobat subscription.
