How to open .pdfs in separate windows in Adobe Acrobat Pro? The option does not appear in General under Preferences. The filenames of the many, many multiple pdfs I need to work on simultaneously differ at the end of the filename, which can be more than 35 letters long, and does not show in the tab name.
Thank you.

In the new Acrobat, files open as a new tab. You need to drag the tab out, to move the content to a new window.

I don't know what you mean by "drag the tab out".

Adobe Acrobat 2023 ("New Acrobat") needs the option to open each document in a new window.
This should be possible without disabling New Acrobat.

I agree. This is a huge omission and will just make many people turn New Acrobat off. Does anyone know the official bug tracking or the feature request websites for Acrobat?

I found the bug report/feature requestr site for Acrobat. Everyone, please setup an account and vote for these previously submitted Feature request / Bug reports and mark them as 'Critical'. The more Critical votes we get on these, the more attention the issue will get.

Anyone have any info on if/when Adobe plans to force the new UI on us?

If we dont like this innovative "dumb" feature, would you advise us to try Bluebeam instead?
