I have updated to Office 365 and I use Outlook and Word, and Excel quite often. I also have a version of Acrobat Pro (X or 10). I want to be able to see the PDF Maker tab at the top of the ribbons in these programs. I go through the process of installing the add-ins, but I keep getting the message, Not Loaded, A Runtime error occurred. I have another workstation with the FoxIt Software PDF program, and there is no problem putting the FoxIt add-in on that PC. I have scoured the web for some reasonable solution, but it seems like Microsoft points to Adobe, and Adobe points back to Microsoft. SO... the question is, what has to be done in order to load the add-in for Acrobat PDFMaker?
Seemingly another standard answer is, "Oh, you have to upgrade to the next, next, next version to get that to work. So, go ahead and spend more money, do the upgrades, and when this stuff does not work, we'll just release a new version, and use it as an excuse as to why the other version didn't work. I think it boils down to, if you want things to work the way they are supposed to, then you have to cough up some more $$$.It gets pretty frustrating at times, for such a simple thing.

Hi Pgleason,
Sorry to say but Acrobat X is not compatible with Office 365. Versions later than Acrobat X - XI, DC are compatible with Office 365.
Please refer to the following forum threads which discuss more on that:

When Office 365 installed, I lost acrobat menu. How do I recover? (Create PDF)
