Hi,

We are using PDF forms to submit the whole PDF into our server. We have "Save to Server" Button to submit the whole PDF into the server.  We need to block the user from Saving the PDF into their local computer.  Is there any way to disable abode Save and Save As Options for PDF forms.

We were able to restrict the Print Button by adding Encryption on the PDF. Is it possible to do the same with Save/Save as buttons.

Who are the users? Can you install software on thier systems?

If you have control over the users systems, then it is possible to control Acrobat settings and write a custom plug-in that provides some control over their system. If not, then you can't control how the users interact with the PDF.
