PDF lässt sich aus Mail nicht mehr öffnen / MAC

Guten Abend zusammen, 

ich habe nun ein paar Wochen folgendes Problem: 

Wir können keine PDF Datein vom Mail Programm (MAC unter IOS) mit Adobe Pro DC mehr öffnen. Bis vor kurzem ging dies ohne Probleme. Wenn ich die PDF aus der E.Mail auf den Desktop ziehe kann ich diese auch ohne Probleme öffnen nur aus dem Programm Mail heraus selbst nicht. 

Es erscheint folgende Fehlermeldung: 

Der Vorgang konnte nicht abgeschlossen werden, da Acrobat Pro DC nicht über die Berechtigung zum Zugriff auf ~/Library/Containers/com.apple.mail/Data/Library/Mail Downloads/EB9C0577-09DF-4FF4-BE60-4F75F947FAE3/ verfügt.

Datenschutzeinstellungen starten, um Zugriff zu gewähren?

Kann mir da jemand weiterhelfen?

Is that in Preferences? there is a setting that allow apps in the later version of MAC OS.

Can you remember if you installed or updated something just before it stopped working?

yes, the new software was installed from the Mac. (macOS Big Sur 11.6.6 (20G624))

It seems that you are trying to open a PDF from a secured folder. As per the message, it is a permission-related issue.

Are you using your personal machine or the work machine?

Check if the issue occurs with files saved in another location on the machine. If not, please check the privacy settings as mentioned in the message for that folder.

You may also try to enable the permission as described on the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/permissions-to-accees-os-path-on-macos-10-15.html for a similar issue and see if that works for you.

As already mentioned, I can't open the PDF from the mail program, otherwise it always works.

Adobe is activated in the data protection settings.

Hi there

As the application is working fine otherwise. It seems to be some issue with the Mac Mail program. There isn't much that we can do. Please try to contact Apple support for more information on this.
