I am having trouble creating PDF's from office documents through the create PDF option in Adobe Acrobat PRO. I can create them in the office applications themselves but can not do it in the acrobat. It is ok if I only want to create a single PDF file, but I am unable to join multiple files to create PDF's if they contain office files. It just skips the files and says Unkown error occurred. Both Office and Acrobat are the latest versions however, this has been going on for months. I have removed and reinstalled both applications but still having the same issues. Please help!!
