PDF printer not working

Got a new PC, installed Acrobat + Illustrator. PDF printer does not work. Print dialog in illustrator works correctly, i even see the file in the printing queue, but no PDF is created. No postscript window appears when printing if that can be an issue.

Tried installing printer again using this https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/add-pdf-printer-manually.html but still the same issue.

Had issues using the correct PPD but solved that by adding a new one

Saving a pdf works. 

Using version 2022.001.20085. Tried using an older version, but still the same problem occured.

Windows 10 Enterprise 21H1

Reinstalling acrobat and immediately updating AATL and EUTL Trust lists from Acrobat preferences Trust Manager fixed it.
