Yesterday, PDFs printed from Quickbooks started coming out really small; an 8.5 x 11 page was shrunk down to about 6x9 even though it looked fine on the screen. I spent a couple hours on the phone with Intuit and they couldn't fix it. Now today a PDF hosted on our website has the same issue, so it's not just a problem with Quickbooks. I've tried changing all the settings I can find, and I uninstalled and reinstalled Acrobat but that didn't help. Anyone else have this problem? Other ideas?
Hi there
We are sorry for the delay in response.
Web browsers uses their own technology to display and render the PDF. Please try to download the PDF to your computer and then try to print from Adobe Acrobat/Rrader DC and check.

Hi lizschmidt
We are sorry for the trouble. As described the PDFs are printing small.
Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try to print the PDF opened in Adobe Acrobat/Reader DC and check. If its a file specific issue please share the file with us for testing.
What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat/Reader DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Adobe Acrobat DC
Make sure you have the latest version 20.009.20067 installed. Go to Help > Check for Updates.
You may also try to print as image and see if that makes any difference. Go to Print > Advanced > Print as an Image.
Let us know how it goes

I have finally narrowed it down...the problem only occurs when I open a PDF in my Firefox browser; the same file printed from Chrome works fine. Are there any known issues with Firefox? I will not use Chrome.

Hi there
You can share the PDF as email attachment along with the document open password (If any). Once the other user will open the PDF in Acrobat they can view the bank statement.
