PDF text turns to image

Hi, my name is Murray. I use Windows 7, Acrobat 2017....Can you send me an email, I will send you a PDF.

I have an issue with Acrobat 2017, where tagged text in the tags panel, turns to the word PathPathPAth and the PDF appears to now be an image. So where I tagged text that says "Welcome to Health" as a P tag....it shows as a P tag with the text Welcome to Health.....but then at some point, the text turns to the word Path, and the text is no longer select-able. Desperately need help.
