pdf to tiff 400 dpi

I wants to convert some pdf's to a 400 dpi tiff-file. I can not find a solution for this in Acrobat, only to 300, 600 dpi and so on. Any solution where I can change the dpi?

It's not obvious, but you can actually type into the resolution field. Just type in 400 and you will then see "400 pixels/inch" displayed in the resolution field.

Photoshop is probably a better tool, if you have it. More control, much better quality.
