PDF with Voice over on page 1 requires user to unblock on using the media file?

Hello,

When sending PDF file with a voice over on the first page, I want it to start immediately, but the user is getting that block message about 3d media? Is there a way to remove that block so it just plays on open?

I thought I found it... but this only works on the machine where you set the preference. 

I want it toopen automatically without this warning on the end user???
