PDFmaker in Outlook 2016: "you have selected an empty folder" issue

New Here ,
Nov 26, 2021 Nov 26, 2021

I am using fresh install of office 2016 and a fresh install of Acrobat from Creative Cloud. I have had little trouble with PDFmaker until yesterday, when it has stopped working.

I use PDFmaker to convert Outlook folders to PDF, each folder has several folders with multiple emails in each folder. This has not been a problem before, but now every time go to convert it I get the message:

"You have selected an empty folder for conversion. Please select a folder containing some emails."

This only seem to be an issue with folders as converting an individual email works fine. Can anyone shed any light on what is going on, going wrong or suggest a fix?

Seeing same error message when attempting Acrobat (version 21.007.20099) PDF conversion of an Outlook 365 (M365 Apps) online archive folder.  Any suggestions anyone?
