Personalizing a PDF and emailing it (CSV and PDF Batch action / Script / Automation)

Rather than using a tool like UiPath, is there a way to batch a one-page PDF (think certificate) with a person’s [first name] and [last name], save the PDF and email it to a field within the CSV?

Yes, this can be automated in Acrobat, using a custom-made script.
