Pfeil bzw. Hand Symbol

Hallo

Eine Benutzerin bei uns im Unternehmen hat beim öffnen des Acrobat Readers jedesw mal das Hand Symbol (für Schwenken) in der Auswahl auf der linken Seite . Sie benötigt jedoch das Pfeil Symbol (Auswählen). Ich habe die Einstellungen mit meinem Acrobat verglichen und wir haben die Einstellungen angepasst. Dennoch erscheint bei ihr jedes mal die Hand

, währenddessen bei mir der Pfeil erscheint

Gibt es irgendeine Idee wie wir diese Einstellung so ändern können dass der Pfeil erscheint wenn das Dokument geöffnet wird? Es ist scheinbar egal ob ich das Komumnet mit Pfeil oder mit Hand speichere. Es öffnet in meinem Fall immer mit dem Pfeil Symbol.

Ensure your copy of the application is updated. To check for any pending updates, launch Acrobat/Reader > Help > Check For Updates. 

Then try reset preference: https://adobe.ly/4qll9VB;

Ideally, it should work if the app is unable to store user preferences. However, if this doesn't fix the issue, try using the Cleaner tool to uninstall the app: https://adobe.ly/4ne67hF and then reinstall it.
