Hello, I noticed you are well versed in Adobe Acrobat! Please help me sign the document with an electronic signature. I'll attach a photo of the error, Thank you very much in advance!

Having only that screen shot to go by, I obviously merely can guess.

Seeing the cyrillic characters in your document makes me guess that the "unsupported public key algorithm" in the error message may be a GOST algorithm.

By default Adobe Acrobat does not support these Russian norm. I've read somewhere that there are some plugins for Adobe Acrobat that add GOST support but I don't know any specifics.
