Are you claiming that printing a PDF file displayed in Chrome is yielding this PostScript error?
If so, be aware that PDF viewing under Chrome is controlled by Google; it is not Adobe Reader/Acrobat! Thus you need to report this problem to Google.
An alternative is to download the PDF file and then open it in Adobe Reader or Acrobat and print from there.

Just for the record. I found that the issue was with Chrome v60. Rolled back to v59 and the issue was resolved ![]()

Thanks for reporting back. It is so unfortunate that Chrome silently updates and provides no warning that you are suddenly using a new version, possibly with new features and possibly with new bugs.
