I have a few Accountings that cannot open W2's due to Adobe missing fonts error, when I ran the Preflight I get a error message which is in the screen capture, no-one at our work can open one (IT also gets the messages when tring any of W2 files) Any help would highly appreciated.  Thank you kindly..

Without a sample PDF file, it is exceptionally difficult to give you a definitive answer as to exactly what is going on. There could be issues associated with what encodings are used and the actual PDF file structure.

Regardless, a fixup to Convert fonts to outlines is certainly not a solution to the problem.

Provide a sample PDF file and maybe one of us can at least diagnose the issue.

The sample PDF file you provided is one big honk'in low resolution DeviceRGB raster image. That is why it looks so pixelated. It looks like it was setup to have form fields, but there are none provided for fill-in.

What you showed in your initial posting doesn't correspond with the PDF file that you provided. No fonts are referenced in this PDF file at all!

I've attached your PDF file for anyone else to check as well!

Shoot, I know why, she had to remove the personal information than save it again which is why nothing happened like I told you. She will just have to reachout to the people who made it and have them fix it, it only happens with the W2's from the same site, all other PDF's are fine.

Thank you
