Prepare form doesn't seem to work

I've just downloaded Acrobat Pro DC. I run Windows 10. I'm trying to prepare a fillable form from a Word document. I've opened "Prepare Form". I've selected the Word document. An image of the document appears in the thumbnail - but nothing happens when I push start. In fact I only get the hand symbol when I hover over "change file" or "scan document". When I hover over "start" it's an arrow - not a hand symbol.

I've read some other postings but they haven't helped. I did a repair install, I checked for updates, I turned my computer off and on again.

Please help

If you get arrow on start not an hand tool then there is nothing wrong in that, it's a design behavior. as suggested above, you may click on "Start" and proceed.
