Prepare form fields Acrobat Pro

I am trying to prepare a form and need to insert a date field.    On looking at the help section (see capture below)  and then trying to follow those instructions, I note that when I open the properties box I don't have ations, format, validate or calculate tabs (see capture2).   How do I correct this.  Thank you

Don't create a Adobe Sign form.

Click on Tools - Prepare Form and then click on "More" at the right side of the window and then on "Revert to Acrobat Form". In the future, do not tick the box that says "This document requires signatures" when creating the form.
