Hello, every single time I have to do a adobe repair on the program to get the windows preview working again. I know its an adobe issue because after I repair the program it starts to work. Any ideas on this?

From Preview in Windows, if we understand correctly, you are referring to PDF Thumbnail Preview in Windows Explorer. Is that correct?
Did you notice when exactly it stops working? Is it after installing some system or application update?
If running a repair fix this problem every time, then perform the steps mentioned below:
1- Remove the application using the cleaner tool: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html and reinstall it

2- Check for Windows updates if there are any pending.

Hello, yes you are coorect I meant the PDF Thumbnail prewview. This issue started once the user received a new computer. Attempted todo reinstalls. Disabled auto updates and still nothing has changed. It works after I repair the application. There are no windows updates and I have been tracking it.
