Hello,
For a few days now I have not been able to print documents from Acrobat DC. I have the following messages : "Cannot print document". "No page selected for printing".

I can't find any solution to fix the problem. I work on Mac and have an Adobe subscription. Does anyone have an effective solution? Thank you
Francis

Hi Francis,

Thanks for sharing the error message. Do you get this message while printing all the PDF file or any specific one?

You may try the following troubleshooting steps and let us know if that works:

1-Open up Acrobat’s (or Reader’s) preferences (Edit>Preferences or Edit>Preferences>General), then select the “Security (Enhanced)” category. Now turn the "Protected View” to Off and disable "Enable Enhanced Security"

2- Click on Print>Advanced>select Print as Image and try again.

Hope this helps.

Thanks,

Akanchha

Hi Akanchha,

Your suggestions don't work for me. My Preferences don't have the file structure you describe. The only option available is to disable "Enable Enhanced Security".  I had to export the files as images to print them.

Mac OS 11.6

Mac M1

Thank you,

Judy
