We received saved pdf files to print and the customer wants the files to print color on the front and b&w on the back (all text). However our print/copier, Lexmark only recognizes the files as printing color over color and there is no setting that can alter how the machine prints. It prints everything in color. Our customer does not know how the change the way they save their file to color/b&w.
Do you have any suggestions?
Thank you
Tom Morgan

I suspect, the PDF's are exported in RGB – that's bad for your printing output.
This here should help:

PS: don't forget to charge the customer for this extra work 😉
