Print Preview defaulting to "Form fields only" for Comments & Forms Field

I've got a user who is encountering an issue with the Adobe DC program.

Upon going to print a PDF, the Comments & Forms Field appears to be defaulting to Form Fields only, instead of Document, or Document and Markups.

It appears to have done this on its own, and the other users on the server do not appear to have this problem.

Is there a way to change the default settings on this?

I've attached a preview of what it looks like.

Hi @kspt40563991

Thank you for sharing the screenshot.

The Acrobat's print settings are/should be preserved when you open the application next time. So, when you change it back to the Document & Markups or Document, then next time, it should reflect this only.

If it does not show the changes made previously, then a couple of things need to be checked. Like:

1- Make sure you have got Acrobat's recent update installed.

2- Once, reset the preferences following these steps: How to reset Acrobat's preferences

Note: No such preferences are set within Acrobat, which would put this option as default.

Thanks,

Akanchha
