Print to PDF - size limit?

New Here ,

I'm trying to print from Microsoft Excel to PDF. Is there a size limit to do this? I keep getting prompted to save multiple files instead of it all being put into one PDF file.

If you are “printing to PDF” using the Adobe PDF PostScript printer driver instance under Windows from Excel, you would also have the ability to create PDF by using the Acrobat PDFMaker feature installed in Excel by Acrobat. That is the preferred method of PDF creation for Microsoft Office applications.

What is likely happening is that you are selecting multiple sheets and that each one is attempting to create a separate PDF file via printing.
