Hi, Dear Friends!
I send out a newsletter to people who know absolutely nothing about computers. I am sending this as a PDF Gmail attachment.
I would like to have the background color light yellow so it will be easy to view. However, if some people want to print it out, I don't want any color except a few small images and the text on a white background.
I cannot ask the receivers to do anything other than open the PDF in the native GMial viewer and then hit CTRL P.
So, is there a way to make the PDF with a light yellow BG but print on white, which is inherent in the file?
I am writing the content in Word and printing to Adobe PDF
Thank you, and have a good day!

Yes, place the background as a (non-printing) background layer. You can do it using the Add Background command in Acrobat.

It works perfectly - it shows on the screen but does not print. Thank you so much for this
