Printing Bookmarks

I have a pdf with 100 bookmarks.

Using Adobe Pro XI,  how do i print all the bookmarks in one go and offset them at the printer so i can easily tab them up pls? One and two sided.

As per the description above, you want to print the bookmarks from a PDF file, is that correct?

Hi Anand,

I am not sure you understand what I am after. I work in a law firm where I am presented with one huge pdf with, say, 100 bookmarks.

I need to print all the bookmarks either single or double sided so I can then put tabs in where each bookmark has offset itself on the printer.

Hi Anand Sri,

I do NOT want to print a LIST of bookmarks. I want to print the actual bookmarks, in one go, to a printer offsetting each bookmark in the printer output tray.

Any questions let me know...thanks

Maybe you mean not a lot of bookmarks, but a lot of files? And you want to print them all to different trays?

Sorry No, I would like to print 100 bookmarks within one pdf file...so not a lot of files but a lot of bookmarks!!!

Select (highlight) the start bookmark.
Keep the Shift button
Select (highlight) the end of the bookmark.
Release the Shift button
The necessary bookmarks are highlighted.
Press the right mouse button - Print pages.
In the print window, click the Print button.

Believe me I have tried that..it only prints one page!!

Maybe the bookmark has 1 page?
Attach a sample file or attach a picture to the print window.

No the bookmark does not have one page, in any case and per your instructions, I have highlighted all the bookmarks ready to print yet only one page prints..there are 100 bookmarks...

I have tried printing both pages and sections when you right click...

My string with the numbers is very long, they are there.

Perhaps this is a file error.

I just tested in X and this did not work, however it did work correctly in DC.

In X, the selected bookmarks are sent directly to the printer without the print dialog popping up, however in DC the print dialog does pop up with the bookmarked pages pre-populated.

Ok, thanks for all your help on this everyone. I am now thinking that the pdfs supplied to me are flawed in someway regarding the bookmarks. I have just created a test pdf below and have tried to print the actual bookmarks which print fine, as seen below...

Did page 1 and 40 just print when you sent to the printer...its not working out for me here!!

I am away from the office, so they just went to the printer queue… I could not actually test the physical output, however I would expect that they would actually print (famous last words). P.S. I am on OS 10.12.6 Sierra, if that makes a difference.
