Printing Bookmarks

I have a pdf with 100 bookmarks.

Using Adobe Pro XI,  how do i print all the bookmarks in one go and offset them at the printer so i can easily tab them up pls? One and two sided.

Spotted your using OS but shouldn't make a difference.(?) When you return to office would you mind printing 1 & 40 to see if just those two pages print only.

I am back in the office and can now confirm from actual printed output:

OS X 10.12.6 and Acrobat Pro X: Highlighting multiple bookmarks and using the contextual option to print the bookmarks sends the correctly bookmarked pages directly to the printer without the print dialog window appearing (if the default print settings are not correct, this is less than helpful).

OS X 10.12.6 and Acrobat Pro DC: The print dialog window does appear with the bookmarked pages pre-populated (this is more helpful as one can easily change the print settings as required before printing).
