Printing documents so that fillable fields show and print ALL information in the text box (and don't cut off anything). Thank you!

How do I go about printing PDF documents so that fillable fields show and print ALL information in the text box (and don't cut off anything).  I did not create the original file. Thank you!

I set the field as an expandable text box and have set the font to auto but it makes the print so tiny I can't read it.  Is there another alternative or do I have to make my expandable box bigger?

Hi @april_2146

Thank you for reaching out with your question. Normal PDF forms are static in nature, and when you add text to the fields and set the font to Auto, the text box accommodates the size accordingly to fit the space. Hence the result.

There are a couple of things you may consider:

1. Increase the size of the text field if that is a choice available.

2. Consider XFA(XML Form Architecture) PDF forms - Can make dynamic forms.
