Problem with dropdown menu

I have created a few dropdown fields with the scores 0 to 10 for aspects of students' assignments.

I followed the same process for all fields.  In four of my fields, however, there are scores that don't work (eg. scores 4 and 5 in one field; scores 0 and 1 in another).  By don't work, I mean that I cannot select them.

Any advice welcome, thank you

Hi @Maryanne24502343qkay

As mentioned that the drop down feature is not working as expected. Kindly confirm a few more details to understand the issue better.

1. OS name and version?

2. Application version?

3. Did you try to put the dropdown on a new blank PDF is it happening on that too?

Make sure that the app is updated to the latest version.

We are looking forward to hearing back from you.

Thanks,

Harsh

Dear Bernd

Thank you for your time. I’m not sure what entries means (I’m new!): but
I used the drop down button, and entered scores from 0 to 10 as drop down
options.

It’s strange, because while in Acrobat DC all scores work fine; in the
reader-enabled version I sent myself to try, then the problem arises.

Good day
