Problem with printing of pdf with certificate from Adobe acrobat reader DC

Hello I have installed the newest version Adobe Acrobat reader DC. I try to print ( HP LaserJet Pro MFP M521 ) pdf with certificate but it doesnt work ( print to file has zero value). Only if I print as image that is OK. When I choose another printer for print ( Canon) there is not problem. If I use Adobe Acrobat reader 11 or other program for view and print of pdf  there is everything OK. And If I use older version of Acrobat reader ( Adobe Acrobat reader 11) is everything is Ok. Thank you for help. Lada

Hi ladaj24804841,

Please try repairing the application.

Launch the application and got to Help menu > Repair Installation.

If that does not help, try the troubleshooting steps provided in this help document: Troubleshoot PDF printing in Acrobat and Reader

Check if it helps.

Could you please let us know what do you mean by "PDF with certificate" here?

Is it an issue with this particular file?

What is the dot version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and OS installed on your system?

Let us know if you have any questions.

Regards,

Meenakshi

Hi Meenakshi,

I tried repairing the application and it doesnt work.

I have 64 bit Windows 10 Pro. For rendering pdf I use Apache FOP Version SVN.

Version Adobe acrobat reader DC 17.009.20044.25828

I use securing pdf with certificate. May be I can send you this pdf file next week.

Hi Lada,

Sorry for the delay in response.

Is it possible to share the file with us, so we can check it on our end? You can refer the steps provided here: How to share a document

If you cannot share the original file, please create a sample file with the certificate.

Check if you can replicate the issue with that file and send that file with the certificate to us.

Please also share the scanned copy of the both the prints, good print you get from other means and the one you get from Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. It will help us to know what exact print you required.

Let us know if you have any questions.

We will be waiting for your response.

Regards,

Meenakshi
