Hello everyone ,
After extracting pages when I try to save pages Adobe suggests to save it to the next folder Users\RUSLAN~1\AppData\Local\Temp\acrobat_sbx How to fix it? This problem appears only after extracting pages.
My original user is Users\Ruslan Rudov

Hi there
please confirm if you are still experiencing the issue or not.
Also, you may try using the application in the new test user profile with full admin rights in Windows and try using the application there and check.

Hello,
Thank you it helps!
I created a user named "Test" and Adobe start working properly, than I created the second user named "Rudov Ruslan" and the problem appears againg, so I created the third user named "Ruslan" and Adobe start working properly. Is it possible to solve the problem for user with 2 words in the name of the accoutn or I have to use the account with one-word name?
So I suppose the problem is in the name of user if it contains more than one word.

If you manually browse to the proper folder once, does it then become the suggested folder for the next extraction save?
My best,
Dave

Hi there
++ Adding to the discussion
If i understood correctly, you are trying to save the pages and getting the option to Save As, is that correct? If yes, please go to Edit > Preferences > Enhanced Security > Uncheck 'Enable Protected mode at startup' > click OK and reboot the computer and check if that works for you.
Note: Please turn in the security after testing to avoid any security risk.
Let us know if you are referring to something else.

After "Edit > Preferences > Enhanced Security > Uncheck 'Enable Protected mode at startup' > click OK and reboot the computer and check if that works for you." The folder changed to Temp. (C:\Users\RUSLAN~1\AppData\Local\Temp)
It is really like magic for me.

Hi there
Please try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-defau... and see if that works for you.

Unfortunatly, It doesn't help. I move preferences folders from DC and from Preflight Acrobat Continuous to desktop.

Can you compare and verify that the folder's "read/write " permission attributes for "Rudov Ruslan" are the same as the test folders that are working?
Also, since "Rudov Ruslan" folder has a space in between words, you may need to trust that folder in Acrobat as a privileged location (just guessing). See here:
Go to "Preferences" -->> "Security (Enhanced)" --->> "Privileged Locations" and see if the tickbox that is labeled "Automatically trust sites from my Win OS security zones" is checked or not (make sure to check it).
Additionally, if you click on the button "View Windows Trusted Sites" (adjacent to the right of the tick box), it will open the "Internet Options"--->>> "Security" tab dialogue box. There is another tickbox "Enable Protected Mode ("equires restarting Internet Explorer)". See if ticking or unticking this checkbox also do any difference.
Also, in this same dialogue box, click on "Trusted sites" and you may also want to reset all zones to default level, OR, to manually customize the security levels for the Trusted Site Zone (which you can also reset to defaults).
These are just speculations since we got in the Security (Enhanced) topic, and I am unsure if the "Rudov Ruslan" folder(or some of the files in it) is shared with other users over a local network (or the Internet).
That said, is the "Rudov Ruslan" is a shared folder unshare it to see if that would do any difference.

Thank you so much for your assistance. So I just created a new one-word account, it is the easiest way to solve it.
"Can you compare and verify that the folder's "read/write " permission attributes for "Rudov Ruslan" are the same as the test folders" - permission atr. were the same
Also, since "Rudov Ruslan" folder has a space in between words, you may need to trust that folder in Acrobat as a privileged location (just guessing) - doesn't help 😞
"Additionally, if you click on the button "View Windows Trusted Sites" (adjacent to the right of the tick box), it will open the "Internet Options"--->>> "Security" tab dialogue box. There is another tickbox "Enable Protected Mode ("equires restarting Internet Explorer)" - no difference
These are just speculations since we got in the Security (Enhanced) topic, and I am unsure if the "Rudov Ruslan" folder(or some of the files in it) is shared with other users over a local network (or the Internet). - not shared, it was the personal account, the same account as I created (one-word name) or another (two-words name)
