Richiedendo di salvare un file in formato PDF/A Acrobat dice "È in corso l'installazione di altri componenti. Riceverai una notifica non appena sarà possibile utilizzare lo strumento", ma dopo qualche minuto compare una finestrella con titolo: "È necessario eseguire l'installazione manuale" ed il testo: "Impossibile installare tutti i componenti dell'aggiornamento. È necessario installarli manualmente". Ma cliccando sul tasto "Installa ora" si viene reindirizzati ad una pagina del sito di Adobe che probabilmente non esiste più.
