I too have this issue. I created a form on Adobe Acrobat DC, and even when I fill the form out - only certain radio buttons are saved upon reopening. I've checked all of the properties for the radio button groups, and they are all identical. Can anyone help me determine the missing link for the groups that don't save? Thank you in advance!

Hi Meenakshi!
I was able to identify the problem. There were names of radio button groups that were identical from page 1, on page 2, and so forth. It wasn't clear that they were related as the selection pane only showed the buttons on the selected page - instead of the entire group. When I went to change the name of a group so that it was different from another page, it changed the entire group. So I had to reinsert radio buttons on subsequent pages so they were not related in the same group.
Thank you for following up!

Hi Simplymeret,
Sorry for the delay in response.
As you have said that "only certain radio buttons are saved upon reopening", does this happen when you try to fill the PDF form.
It would be helpful if you elaborate the issue a bit.
Please let us know the response you are adding to the radio buttons and what exactly happens when you use those radio buttons.
If possible can you share the PDF form with us, so we can check it at our end.
Refer the steps mentioned here How to share a file using Adobe Document Cloud to share the form.
Please also let us know the dot version of Adobe Acrobat DC you are using to create the PDF form.
Are you on Mac or Windows? What is the OS version on your machine?
Please provide the information asked above.
We will be waiting for your response.
Regards,
Meenakshi
